You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 747live immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 747live will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
747live is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time during your use of the Platform:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 747live may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.
747live accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 747live does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 747live wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. 747live is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page of the Platform and may vary by payment method. These minimums are subject to change at 747live's discretion with reasonable notice provided to players.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated 747live account may be suspended pending investigation.
Note: 747live does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 3.4 (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your 747live account. 747live does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
747live aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page of the Platform. Players with higher transaction volumes may be subject to enhanced due diligence requirements before large withdrawals are processed.
747live reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; or (d) the account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms.
747live offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
747live actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; and any other conduct that 747live reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
747live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.
All games on the 747live Platform that rely on random outcomes operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. These systems are designed to produce statistically random and unpredictable results. 747live does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the house beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. The conduct of live dealer games is governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, the hand or round in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved according to the game's published disconnection policy.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 747live reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 747live's decision regarding malfunctions is final.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify 747live's customer support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. 747live will investigate the dispute and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The outcome of 747live's investigation is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 747live Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the 747live Platform — including but not limited to the 747live name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 747live or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 747live.
747live collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

747live's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 747live account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 747live makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 747live does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
747live reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or business decisions.
Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any balance in your account attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any outstanding obligations.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 747live customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
747live operates within the Philippine gaming regulatory framework. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
747live reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
